So, you want to be a Groovement? Here is what you need to do:

1) Come out to see us live. You can find our upcoming shows here

2) Dance your ass off. Play the cowbell. Dance some more. Have a drink or six if you are so inclined.

3) Have your picture taken with at least one member of the band. Extra points for dance-induced sweat.
